Croatoan is independent resale, not a dropship store. We don't pull from one supplier and rebrand it — every piece is found on its own and gone over by hand before it's listed. We describe each item as honestly as we can, and if it's ever not what we said, you're covered.

Sourced Independently
Each piece is hunted down one at a time — deadstock, archive, and vintage finds from sources we trust. Nothing is mass-ordered or drop-shipped, so what you see is what's actually in our hands.

Inspected by Hand
Before anything goes live, we go over it in person — front to back, inside and out. Construction, stitching, hardware, and labels, the way you would if you were holding it yourself.

Described Honestly
We list each piece exactly as we find it — condition, details, and any flaws shown right in the photos. You know what you're getting before it ever ships.

Shipped Within a week
Once it's yours, it's packed and shipped with tracking, so you can follow it the whole way.
Covered by refunds. If a piece ever arrives not as described, send it back for a full refund. That's the promise — you never have to gamble on what you're buying.
