Refund policy

Croatoan Apparel accepts returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in the same condition received. Items must include any original tags, packaging, or accessories included with the order.

To start a return, contact support@croatoanapparel.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns must be approved before being shipped back.

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.

Items showing wear, damage, odor, missing parts, or signs of use may be rejected or partially refunded.

Croatoan Apparel is an independent resale shop. Manufacturer warranties may not apply to items purchased through our store.
